Bell Buying Glentel (Wireless Wave)

I'm a bit surprised i don't see any mention of Bell's take over of Glentel(Wirelesswave). At first when i saw it announced i thought Roger's would jump all over it with a competing offer but instead they went with a court ordered injunction to stop the sale of Glentel to Bell.
