Here's the scenario: Son has Fido pre-paid, with a 613 number (which he wants to keep). Heading off to college soon, in the Oakville area. All things being equal, if I phone his cell from 613, because it's really long-distance to where he is, who pays the long-distance charges? I'm thinking...
