World Briefing: Peru: Bus Plunges Into Ravine, Killing at Least 23
A bus carrying more passengers than was permitted fell off the road into a ravine in a remote area of the Andes, killing at least 23 people and injuring 44 others, the Peruvian authorities said Sunday.
