Default Finance minister to take questions on projected surplus given new forecast
Finance Minister Joe Oliver is in Vancouver where he is expected to respond to updated forecasts showing the government will be in deficit for two years longer than originally planned because of falling oil prices. CBCNews.ca is carrying Oliver's remarks live starting at 4:30 p.m. ET.
