Calling Overseas 011; alternatives?
I've been using yakcell for a long time to call overseas. It requires me to dial a local access number upon which I hear a dial tone. Then it takes a while before it would ring and connect me. Sometimes it doesn't connect or it just dead airs or I get fast busy signal. Today I got a recording...
