What are the chances of this deal, and how fast is LTE?

I am planning to sign up on the $65 for 6GB deal, and I was wondering if anyone has any experiance with something like this. Basically I want the Galaxy Note 2 when it comes out, but I want this plan. So, I want to sign up M2M now, and convert it to a 3 year term when the note 2 comes out. Is...
