Jumping from Telus to Bell partway through contract

I'm seriously thinking of jumping over to Bell (or possibly Virgin), presently with Telus. Partway through 3 yr contract. I need a phone with a stronger signal - frequent "no service" is just not acceptable, especially since I rely on the phone for work. Looking at Motorola. From what I've...
