Default Canada Post arbitrator ordered by court to step down

The Federal Court today ordered Labour Minister Lisa Raitt to appoint a new arbitrator in the Canada Post dispute because of potential bias by Guy Dufort, who was previously involved with the Conservative Party and the Crown corporation.
