Bell Promotions or Discounts have all stopped on my bill

Hey folks i had certain stuff always waived on my bill for passed many many many years. Such as waived 10% promotional discount, unlimited picture/video bundle, message center and call display. Now these have all come to an abrupt ending as of last month. It use to equal to Mobile discounts of...
