Samsung Omnia 2 replacement with UMB?

Hi, I currently have a venerable Samsung Omnia 2 on a Bell corporate plan with UMB (Unlimited Browser Plan). I'm looking for a replacement phone. Would I be able to just get an S3 and plug in the sim card? Would UMB still work? What are the options? Thanks
