Installing ios 5 on iTouch??

Im trying to figure out how to install iOS 5 on my iPod Touch 2G, it is a PB model or something like that, i did some researching but couldn't find any steps how to do this. Is this possible by any chance? I want to get iMessage on my iPod Touch.
