The spiritual leader of Lebanon's Shiites disappeared 34 years ago on Friday. As the community faces a spillover from the conflict in Syria that threatens the rule of its traditional patron, Bashar al-Assad, some politicians may have an interest in maintaining the mystery surrounding the fate of Imam Musa Sadr.
