Default Trudeau plan to open PMO to access requests a bad idea: Andrew MacDougall
In a bid to avoid becoming an electoral afterthought in the wake of Tom Mulcair’s onslaught, Justin Trudeau has thrown down a thick tranche of "transformational" measures to make politics more accountable. Some are good, says former PMO spokesman Andrew MacDougall, but one is summed up by one word: nuts.
