FS: 1996 Volkswagen Jetta GS Sedan - parts car or fix up

This car is a cool little ride, but the engine is shot. Oil pump failure, no compression. Other mechanicals are good. Features: BRAND NEW power window regulators on right front and rear, very nicely…
