Default Calgary Crown to ask for 1st-degree murder convictions of couple who killed girl
The prosecution will appeal the second-degree murder convictions of a Calgary couple who killed six-year-old Meika Jordan, asking the higher court to find the pair guilty of first-degree murder instead.
