Unlocked AT&T Rugby 4 SM-B780A on Bell?

We're trying to find a durable, easy to use phone for my father-in-law who has Parkinson's. So far the Rugby 4 looks like the one, but I'm not 100% sure this model will work on Bell Mobility. We're looking at BNIB & Unlocked Rugby 4 SM-B780A models from a seller with a good history of selling many...
