Plans PPU Text going up to 25 cents per message Nov. 1st

So we started at 15, went up to 20, and as of November 1st, pay per use messaging will be 25 cents per message. So, unless you have an unlimited text package, you will be looking at 25 cents for outgoing texts over your limit, and if you don't have a text package at all, 25 cents for all...
