Default Ontario spent $1.4M to fix floors in Pan Am athletes village
Pan Am Games organizers say making $1.4 million upgrades to the floors in the athletes village was a necessary and cost-effective move to preserve the event's international image. Organizers say the upgrade was covered by the budget for the village, which is funded by the province.
