Default Cowboy welfare: Alberta ranchers profit from public land
For more than 100 years, Alberta's ranchers have cared for public land in exchange for the rights to graze their livestock. Now, Albert'a auditor general says that while they are good stewards of the land, some of those ranchers are making too much money from the deal.
