Default Energy strategy deal expected as premiers wrap up meeting in St. John's
Canada's premiers have made "significant" progress towards a national energy strategy and a deal could be released Friday, says British Columbia Premier Christy Clark. The premiers are speaking at a closing news conference at noon ET. CBCNews.ca is carrying the event live.
