Default Cabinet minister takes steps to sue newspaper over CSIS stories
Ontario Citizenship and Immigration Minister Michael Chan is threatening the Globe and Mail with a lawsuit over stories it ran that said Canadian intelligence agents expressed concerns about his ties to Chinese officials.
