So as of this morning (excepting the usual suspect MB/SK/TBAY) the Galaxy S4 has gone down from $100 -> $0, but the "minimum monthly spend" has gone UP from $55 -> $70 (?!) I don't understand what Telus is trying to do here, are they trying to encourage or discourage sales? Is it a strategy to...
