iPhone 6 (unlocked) - Unable to see/edit APN settings with Bell sim card in it

I have a strange problem. I have a micro-sim that I was using with my Android. I then bought an iPhone 6 from the Apple store (unlocked) and when I put it in my iPhone I get no data and I can't change my APN settings (the option isn't even there). Any reason why the Bell sim card would...
