This past January, I wrote 2015 must be the year America addresses its mental health crisis. The circumstances surrounding yesterday's tragic shootings at a movie theater in Lafayette, Louisiana, further underscore that we must invest significantly more resources and improve the mental-behavioral health services in our communities.
