Possible to get Retention-level plans transferring to Telus from Rogers?

Hey guys. So I'm going to be getting an iPhone 5, and I'm currently with Rogers but no longer on contract. I'm fed up with the poor network performance of Rogers and their constant wallet gouging. My question is this: If I'm willing to sign up on contract with Telusto get a subsidized iPhone...
