How accurate is Telus's 4G coverage map? Help!

I'm moving to a spot in rural B.C. and need to sort out my ISP. The area doesn't have regular cellphone or 3G service (the signal cuts out about 10 k.m. from my soon-to-be house). That's reflected in Telus's online map for 3G in the area. BUT: The 4G map clearly shows 4G coverage, but just...
