iOS 9.1 Beta 1
Back when they announced iOS9 it was stated we would be able to turn on read receipts on a per user basis. I never could find this setting through all the beta's. Now 9.1 is out and I still don't see where you can do anything other than what you could do in iOS8.x either turn them on for...
