Leaving Public Beta program when iOS 9 comes out?

Right now, my phone wants me to update to the iOS 9.1 Public Beta . However, I just want the full version of iOS 9 on September 16. Also, I do not want to go back to 8.4.1 and then to 9. Anyone have any suggestions??!
