Telus Extend App (2015)

Hi, i been trying to download the Telus Extend App for a family member on my telus samsung s3 , said not compatible tried the desktop version Error code -3 after receiving a text on the mobile. what do I do? telus support didntk now what telus extend was ,they asked if iwant to buy...
