Empty texts from +1-600-500-0014 after porting out

After porting from Koodo to Rogers, I've been getting empty texts from +1-600-500-0014 on a daily basis. Neither Rogers tech nor Koodo tech have heard of it. After some Googling, it looks like a lot of Telus and Koodo customers received daily texts from this number, going back to 2012. Some...
