Slow UP speed on S3 in LTE (Quebec City)

Hi! I just got my new S3 and I like it but the UP speed in LTE never pass the 3mbps. The average is about 1.5 to 2mbps. The signal strength is 4 out 5 bars. My old Fascinate on 3G was fasterat the same location. For the Down speed I saw about 20mbps which is ok but not wow....:sad:
