The elusive spy is back in action to taunt us with the age-old question.

But this time, she's got a fresh new mobile app. "Carmen Sandiego Returns" features the iconic super villain we know and love on yet another crime spree. 

She's leading players on a worldwide hunt from Rio de Janeiro to Singapore to pin her down for her high-profile heists.

Sandiego's classic red trench and hat even got a glamorous new update for 2015:


The app went live last Thursday in honor of the 30th anniversary of the original Carmen Sandiego, just in time for a little #TBT action. 

"Carmen Sandiego Returns" has all the things 90's kids loved about the original characters, but is designed to help a new generation put their knowledge and problem solving skills to the test. 


The app is available on iPad and iPhone and features new stellar graphics fit for the digitally-savvy kids of today:
