iPhone 5 on bells network vs. iPhone 5 on Rogers network?

Hello all, I work in downtown montreal and i noticed today that my coworkers phone (Rogers) has almost full LTE bars and my (Bell) phone is stuck with 4 bars 3g? Is this normal? or should i be looking to exchange my iphone because its faulty? Thanks!
