Rogers Ts&Cs are unclear. If I go to the UK then I can use my shared minutes to call Canada or the country I am roaming in. But what if I call/text a US number from the UK - do I get charged international roaming rates or the Canada-to-US long distance rates ($0.50 or $0.10 with the $5 add-on)?...
