Wrap your arms around yourself and nourish your body, mind, heart and soul with the deepest of love you are ever capable of giving... Like a trusting child... Connect. Stay there. Embrace your goodness, your passion, your love... Honor yourself. Close the doors to judgement. Become deaf to the noise and welcome the music... See the past like a shiny dot above the horizon... Wave goodbye to it and never look back... Honor yourself... Get unstuck from the debris of sorrow and layers of perceived beliefs as none of it belongs to you... None of it. Release... Stay there...
