Where can you sign up for EPP plan?
This is kind of a stupid question. I wandered on some website and discovered I am eligible at some EPP plan that is much better than regular plans. I contacted the dealer that offer that plan to make sure I am eligible, and was told I am. So, I wonder if there is anyway to get the same EPP plan...
