Default 2 Factor SMS'es not being delivered
I've been trying to get my Paypal and Facebook 2 factor authentication turned on but the SMS messages never arrive at my Rogers phone. Funny part is that they arrive at my mobi number so I know its working on Paypal/FB's end. Anyone have any ideas? RON issue? No, I don't have a Premium SMS...
