refurbished phone problems
I purchased an iphone 5s from a powerseller on ebay with 99.9% positives. I turned it on and it says I need to insert a SIM. I put in a new SIM and it says it is not compatible with the carrier. So, I figured out that the phone is still locked to T-Mobile. Not a huge problem, and the seller...
