Getting the best deal on a new plan

I posted a similar thread in the Bell forum, sorry about the redundancy. I've decided to switch off of Wind to either Telus or Bell for their better networks and I'm wondering how to go about getting the best deal on a plan or plans. My wife and I will both be switching and of the plans on...
