I´m in a busy mode of thinking and planning, as I sit down by the water.



Reminding myself that in any moment I can stop and listen. Noticing the rhythms of life within and outside my body.

Being here, instead of not being here.



Observing my thoughts as they come, as they dissolve.



Giving rise for stillness.



Knowing how it is affecting me.
