Transferred my Telus plan to someone from Kijiji but my sim still works

So I advertised my Telus 6GB plan $70/month on Kijiji because I signed up for the Koodo plan. Someone offered to take it if I paid them $50. Since I had 11 month left under contract I thought that was fair (and beats paying off a $300 device balance) Anyway, I called Telus, gave them their name...
