Well, the competitive bastion that is Quebec has (kind of) fallen. The plans went from being relatively good to being relatively... not as good. I wonder what is to follow for the Saskatchewan or Manitoba plans. Sasktel raised their prices at the end of November and that didn't effect pricing...
