Bell Fake calls, huge bill - Bell trying to bully for money

My friend had a ton of rogue incoming calls happening, sometimes lasting for hours and even in the middle of the night. They are 100% fake and never happened. There were calls at 1AM lasting for 4 hours, or sometimes during the day lasting several hours at a time. He works full time day job and...
