With 95 percent of votes in, it's still too soon to declare the winner of the 2016 Iowa Democratic caucus.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton leads Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) by just a handful of votes. Both candidates have already given speeches thanking Iowa voters.
