Well, she's reminding you not to be that idiot who drinks and gets behind the wheel of an automobile.

In a PSA for Budweiser, Helen Mirren lays down the law: "If you drive drunk, you, simply put, are a short-sighted, utterly useless, oxygen-wasting human form of pollution."
