Just noticed that the Galaxy Note II 16GB on Bell is now available for pre-order at Bestbuy.ca (http://www.bestbuy.ca/Search/SearchR...27616&lang=EN#) for $149.99 on a qualifying 3 year. That's $100 less than what Rogers is asking for the same phone....
