Post Alberta and its oil royalty addiction
It’s no great secret that Alberta’s budget deficits and surpluses are tied to the price of energy. For better, or for worse, the province has ridden that roller coaster for decades. As it's set to post the biggest deficit ever, some ideas to even out the ride.
