Porting out then in for credits

Hi all, been lurking here for a while but couldn't find an answer to my question. Telus offered me $350 port in credits for 2 lines on a business plan but 1 of my lines is on telus prepaid. Can I port out to rogers or something and then port back in on the business account and get the credit...
