Default 11-Year-Old Just Got An Insanely High Score On An IQ Test

It doesn't take a genius to know that 11-year-old Kian Hamer is really smart.

The kid just scored a perfect 162 on an IQ test to qualify for Mensa, British press agency SWNS reported.

Kian became only the fourth person his age to notch a perfect mark on the Cattell III B test in 30 or 40 years, British Mensa spokeswoman Ann Clarkson told The Huffington Post.

Outlets noted that Kian surpassed the 160 IQ of Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking. However, Clarkson said the 160 figure is only a guess and that neither famous brainiac has a confirmed IQ.

"It's still a really good score, but it's best not to compare to Einstein or Hawking," she told HuffPost.

The Cattell test focuses "largely on verbal reasoning," Clarkson added. A mark of 100 is considered average.

Kian, the son of a firefighter in Coventry, England, told SWNS: "I feel proud to have achieved such a good score."

Despite his intellectual muscle, Kian said he really wants to be a soccer player when he grows up.

"At least he has something to fall back on," Clarkson said.

Here is a general IQ sample question (not on Kian's test) that Mensa provided HuffPost. Let's see how smart you are:

Vincent lives at house number 106, Claire lives at number 151 and Olivia lives at number 57. Does house number 60 belong to Alan or Alex?

The answer is below the video.

Answer: Alex. The Roman numerals in each name are totaled to give the house number.
