iPad 24.1 carrier settings

Updating to iOS 9.3 also prompts a manual carrier settings update on the iPad to 24.1 This changes the default APN to beta (on the iPhone's it's alpha). Luckily it can be changed back to fast.t-mobile.com natively on the iPad.
